Grove Care Agency provides personalised care to clients in their own homes, residential homes, care homes, supported living accommodation, mental health units, and hospitals. Our pool of staff includes professionally Registered Nurses, Health Care Assistants, and Support Workers who purpose to provide quality care and maintain respect and dignity to all the service users.
Both are temporary and permanent staff will have completed our in-house induction programs and all the training is managed and run by a registered external provider. We take compliance very seriously and ensure every member of staff is fully compliant before they are engaged on an assignment.

All our care workers will have either already attained a NVQ 2-3 certificate in health and social care, as we help those who are joining care to get on board with other training for a better future while performing this wonderful job.
