As a care worker you will:
The type of support that you would be providing is no different to what would reasonably be given by a member of the person's family. For instance, you may be providing help with bathing, dressing or domestic support.
Supporting your Team Leader (including the on-call rota)
Provide support to customers and their relatives as part of a friendly team
Previous experience is not essential as we offer an initial paid shadowing period and on-the-job training, allowing you to become confident in working with us
Be part of a great company with services rated as Good by CQC
